This is an absolute must have for me. The consistency is perfect - it’s balmy and removes all your makeup, but liquifies with water. This is literally the only balm that calms my skin and never breaks me out. I find it best to remove with Eve Lom cleansing cloths, but a wash cloth is fine. I follow with Barbara Sturm foaming cleanser, Alpha H Liquid Gold, and Barbara Sturm Hyaluronic Acid plus either Sunday Riley Protini, or Augustinus Bader Cream.

I use this cleanser with my Foreo and they work perfectly together. The cleanser is perfect for my normal to dry skin, and my skin feels so soft after use!

Straightforward, pleasant to use balm. Smells good and gives great results.

I have tried many cleansers and this is a definite favourite. I have reasonably dry skin, so I love that this doesn’t make my face feel dry or tight after I’ve used it. I personally like the smell and think the consistency is really nice, although if you don’t like things feeling a bit greasy then maybe steer away from this. It definitely does not leave any residue once it’s been washed off so it’s fine. The only annoying thing about this product and it’s the same with the whole Sarah Chapman range, is that you can’t see how much of the product you have used so one day it just runs out and you’re stuck without any until your next delivery comes! Other than that, this cleanser is wonderful and I love it.

Love, love, love. Tried a few cleansing balms and cleansing oils and this by far is my fave! Don't even want to try something new. My skin is super sensitive and this cleanser hadn't broken me out or irritate me. And also you don't need a cloth to wash it off your face, which is a huge plus. Convenient packaging, great product, removes all the makeup or dirt from your face. Love it.
