Received my favorite shampoo and it had leaked in the box. Very messy delivery. Disappointed

I have an oily scalp, wavy / curly hair prone to frizz. I used to have to was my hair every 48 hours or walk around with greasy hair. And nothing helped. This shampoo allows me to wash my haor once a week. What a relief! It does have perfume, so if you don't like that then this could be a problem. But I do love this shampoo.

I have waist-length, heavy, tangle-prone hair and an oily scalp, so anything that delays the time-consuming, mundane process of washing my hair gets the thumbs up from me. This lifts all the dirt and grime I acquire travelling on the sooty London Underground (with a bad habit of constantly pulling my fingers through my hair), without stripping or leaving that 'too clean' feeling. Yes, that is a thing - hair should swish, not squeak. It leaves a perfectly-balanced, clean canvas for your conditioner to follow and has let me go that extra day without washing. I think that's what they call: 'Holy Grail'? Plus, the entire Sachajuan range smells AH-mazing! Think: Giselle, fresh out the ocean, lying in the blazing sun on a beach towel - next to a really hot man (obvs).

Let's start with the good: when my hair is blown dry it smells an feels great! But the way to get there is haaaard. For my ultra-fine hair I do need a lot of product in the first place to achieve a feeling of a clean scalp and it takes also a lot of the according conditioner and a hair oil to even have a chance to comb through my hair. I lost soooo much hair while using it and I haven't been that unhappy with a shampoo in a long time. Can't wait to finish that bottle.

I love my hair after I use this shampoo. Leaves my fair looking shiny and fresh and it adds the right amount of volume into my hair. I also love how it smells. I am totally repurchasing them.
