I have two Roen palettes and I am a huge fan of their formula. I get many compliments for the looks I get from them and I love it that the application is effortless. I can use my fingers because they actually work best as they warm up the formula and, depending on your pressure, you can get a wash of colour or a highly pigmented and sparkly eyeshadow look. This however is so dry that I have to push my finger really hard into it to get barely a whisper of colour and lots of sparkles. I don't like the texture and it is not the same as in their eyeshadow palettes. The effect is nice, it is sparkly and the eyelid looks wet, but the texture is so underwhelming, especially if you are already accustomed at the superior texture of their palettes and the easiness of using it. This is just too much hassle.

While I personally love everything from roen, did not get on well with this. Found this too flakey, texture was not the best.

I was very excited to get my hands on this one and got quite disappointed. It's beautiful (it really is), but very dry... maybe there's a learning curve at using it and I'm still figuring it out. Yet, for the price, I was definitely expecting more.
