Definitely noticing a change when I drink this. My body feels refreshed after drinking.

First: the package is sono tiny, more than I expected. Second: it tastes good, fruity. Third: I don't understand if it works. Fourth: it's expensive and I won't buy it again.

This is a supplement I love to use. But resveratrol is good to take with a little fat. So I try to use olive oil or yoghurt. So this will absorb better. I love the taste. 

I used this before my workout and it definitely boosts my energy. It smells super sweet but tastes like almost nothing if you mix it with the suggested 400ml of water. I haven't used it long enough to notice any changes in my skin, but so far it's really good.
