Nice shampoo, cleans decently, smells good. However, you need to use quite a bit to get it to lather.

This is an absolutely wonderful, all-around shampoo. I have medium wavy hair, that is very prone to getting frizzy. This shampoo helps A LOT with smoothing it, especially at the roots. It makes my hair very soft and shiny, and gives some definition to the wave. You only need a very small amount or your hair will get greasy.
