Four Step Hair & Scalp Treatment Set should be used on very dehydrated/damaged hair twice a week; on dry hair once a week; and on normal hair one to four times a month. For dehydrated scalp and hair, use once or twice a week. This treatment is highly beneficial one to two days before applying color. The oil treatment evens out hair's porosity, clarifies and conditions so that the color will deposit evenly, with more shine and longevity.     This is most definitely the best purchase I've made for my hair in a very long time. The price did make me hesitate to start with, but they're all full size products and this actually works out a lot cheaper than buying individually. It comes with a little instruction booklet detailing the four steps, when to use each product, how long for, wet or dry hair etc. Which I found very useful. I have long, dry and damaged hair but after one use I noticed a huge difference. Most noticeably in the amount of shine my hair had, but also how soft it felt and was constantly running my fingers through it. Although it's a 4 step treatment I'll probably only follow that once or twice a month. Applying the oil does take some patience (especially on longer hair) and given my hair's length I think I'll probably only get 3 or 4 treatments out of the bottle meaning that is going to run out quicker than the rest of the pack. However I now use the shampoo once or twice a week for a nice (non stripping) clarifying wash, and the toner gets used every single time I wash my hair. I can't believe it's taken me this long to discover Philip B but I honestly don't think I've ever been so impressed by a haircare brand before.
