i liked it, but it is too expensive for what it does

This cream burns my eyes and causes them to water, even if I'm very careful not to get it into my eyes. I wonder if it is safe.

I love PTR products, and I was quite excited when I bought this eye cream. But- it stings when applied, and it just sits on the top of my skin. No matter how little I use, I can just scrape it off when it dries, which makes it impossible for me to apply makeup over it.

Adore this cream! I see real results! It is not sticky, quickly absorbed, nourishes, and at the same time tightens under-eye zone. And one more detail - very pleasant smell
