Got a sample of this ages ago and tried it on my truly awful rosacea at a time when there was no way it could have made things worse and I'd lost all hope of improving my skin, and to my surprise, it actually made things BETTER! It has consistently done so ever since. Adding this to my routine on a daily basis has made a massive difference, and skipping it as a step has obvious and nasty repercussions within a few hours. I am now paranoid about running out, and have a back-up available at all times. Worth trying if you're at your wits end!

Extremely effective on occasional spots. Unlike most treatments, it doesn't dry out my skin - and red marks disappear faster. This is my second order...

I was looking forward to this new sport/blemish cream once I bought it I could not wait to receive and try it out from reading the positive reviews. As soon as it came I tried it on once every night for just over a month now and I am disappointed with the outcome (nothing) unfortunately no improvement, no nothing :'(.. Tried it on my spots/blemish and they haven't gone! Waist of money.

I've tried plenty of on-the-spot treatments, but not many as pricey as this. I really wasn't impressed by this at all, or by its grand claims. It did help a tiny bit to dry my spots up, but nothing miraculous. I gave it to a friend to try and she, like me, thought it was making some rather grand claims for a pretty mediocre product. I'm going back to my cheap-as-chips tea tree oil.

This is amazing! It really evens out my skin tone when I get blemishes but doesn't feel harsh or drying on my skin either. I can't believe I haven't heard about it before, I'll definitely be trying out other Payot products soon...
