It's a nice cleansing balm but nothing special. I prefer other products for the price range.

It’s a nice cleansing balm especially if you have dry skin. But I did find there was a bit of residue that was hard to truly get of the skin, other than that though it’s a very nice product that feels soft and cleanses the skin.

I just started using it, it distributes and cleanses perfectly, does not weigh down normal skin, the face cleanses well, does not cause redness or clogged pores

I really like the texture of this cleanser. It’s not an oil cleanser like Elemis but more like a thick creamy oil cleanser. It removes my suncream and my face doesn’t feel dry after using. The only thing I don’t love about it is the smell, it kind of smells like children’s suncream or something. Will probably go back to the Elemis pro collagen cleansing balm

Not your usual cleansing balm, but very nice cream-balm texture, does the job very well. I like that it has a lot of actives in it. You can find cheaper alternatives there, but if like me, you want to try different products, than give it a go.
