Purchased because of the high concentration of azelaic acid. Works well in preventing blemishes. I also have the idea that pimples are getting smaller.

Didn't see much change in my skin. I have sensitive skin, and this didn't reduce the redness, unfortunately. My pigmentation spots remained quite the same. But used it as a moisturizer. Maybe just wasn't what my skin needed.
