Amazing candle, perfect burning, string throw. Fig leave is Intense here. A love it.

I love the presentation and packaging... but unfortunately the scent is not for me. I can definitely get that sweet tobacco right away and initially I thought I'd like it. Also, there are woody-smokey vibes... It's possible to smell really faintly peach and coconut, if inhaling super close. Smell is a bit different once the candle is burning and then it has more that coconut and light sweetness (no peach), but the tobacco-woody-smokey is still super overpowering in my opinion (although not as badly as before lighting up). I wasn't able to detect fig at all. Cold throw is superb and the scent fills the room(s) quite nicely when lit... just wish that the scent would be balanced more on that fruity-sweet side. I think I will try something else from the brand, since all other features (than the scent) seem promising.

This is the worst Overose candle among the ones I bought. It smells of tobacco and wood with some notes of figs. I had to put it outside my house because I couldn't stand the smell even when the candle was not lit.

I absolutely love this candle. I've always been more partial to a fresh, green, sappy smelling fig; but this particular incarnation has an undeniably milky and sweet lull that's neither saccharine or cloying (as some other Overose candles are want to do in my opinion). I've burned three of them and smelled all the others, and this is absolutely my favorite from the line without a doubt. The scent permeated beautifully without being overbearing, and as I tend to burn them for several hours at a time - is one of the few higher end candles I've lit recently (6 in the last 2 months; don't judge...) that hasn't had my increasingly sensitive olfactory senses going haywire. Will 100% repurchase, and definitely recommend if you're into strong, but subtle; sweet but fresh, juicy without being gourmand, and a tropical nuance without smelling of suntan lotion or pina coladas! x

Amazing scent and looks gorgeous just sitting on a table top. Fills the room with the most gorgeous scent even when the candle isn't lit.
