I have really fine, damaged hair that was really getting to me and was very skeptical about whether or not these would work but I was ready to try anything. Been taking them for nearly three months and I would say they made my skin a bit more oily to begin with, but settled after a week or so and you have to persevere with them because the results don't show after a few weeks. I noticed a change in my hair after about 2 months, it's definitely healthier and my hairdresser said my hair was thicker and she didn't know I was taking them. Also my nails are quite strong now, they don't bend and break when they're long, I experienced the benefits in my nails quite a while before I noticed improvements in my hair. I would definitely recommend trying these.

After having a bad haircut in which my hair looked so thin and using tape extensions for 8 months, I started this magic tablet once a day and I can assure you that my hair looks great after 3 approx. months of taking the tablets. My hair has become more voluminous and I am happy to get rid the tape extensions and enjoy my own hair :)

This does work, really well, but I did not see any visible results until I started my 2nd box, so be patient. My fair is naturally thin, straight, and it has a lot of damage, I'm now ordering box #4, this has made my hair thicker and my nails stronger, I use in combination with Briogeo scalp line, I love it. Worth every penny.
