It seems to work but it is an extra stem and I do not think it is necessary. the number 3 is already sufficient for most hair damage. but could be useful for serious damage.

I loved this kit as I love all OLAPLEX products. To be honest I think I owe it to them that I still have hair as my hair is fine and I have highlights so this product really keeps my hair healthy and it does not break anymore whatsoever.

Whenever your hair needs a "pick me up" this duo really works.
I do think the No 0 with the spray would be easier to apply though.
