Both My teen daughter and I use these and have both benefitted from the effects. Having tried other products that claim to do the same thing, I did thorough research before coming upon Hum Nutrition and I am solidly sold. There are no weird side effects and I can feel the benefits are just a few dosages. Truly a wonderful product.
