Digestion enzymes-good but I am using it only on days with heavy meals 

I received these in cult beauty bag and have been repurchasing them ever since! I have some issues with slow digestion and bloating, and these help tremendously! The taste is a little bad, but they work so well that taste is easily ignored.

I tried these for a week or so and didn't notice a difference to my bloating. I probably need to persevere a bit longer but they're quite large to swallow and have quite an unpleasant taste... Having to take them twice a day is also a bit annoying as you have to remember to take them to work!

Not sure how this has any good reviews. All this has done is give me a loose bowel wouldn't not recommend.

I could not live without these supplements. For someone who struggles with digestion this product is amazing. No bloating or cramps just great confidence that a bowl of pasta will not leave you bloated.
