I bought this about 3 weeks ago. It took 2 nights to adjust to this pillow after a regular one. But ever since, I fall asleep within few minutes and wake up on my back. It feels super comfortable. It’s not stiff at all. I don’t know about anti-aging, but it helped so much with my shoulder injury - I couldn’t find a comfortable pose with regular pillows and often woke up with headache and neck ache. With this pillow, it’s all gone! Haven’t had a head of neck ache in 3 weeks.
