It's very good as a nipple balm, I used it when I finished breast pumping every day every time. It's not very thick but moisturized. I also use another brand's nipple balm and felt very oily. If you use a nipple balm and very oily it will stained on your clothes and hard to wash. But it didn't happened on this products, it is so nice, and I repurchase this so so many times. Just give it a try if you need as a nipple balm.

Not good for my Accutane lips. Lanolin/lanolips is a much better choice. The formulation is too oily and it doesn’t have the best smell

I buy nipple balms to use as lip balms. I would NOT recommend this for that, it was quite liquidy and did not sit well on the lips. However, it was nourishing so it would probably be good for its intended use. 

This was bought as a gift to my friend, she says she really enjoys it and have since bought another one.
