So happy with those that I ordered 2 more, so that I don't have to worry about running out of SuperHair. They recommend 4 caps in the AM, I find I do good with 3 max. I had a baby 2 years ago, and I haven't cut my hair for 4 years, I can definitely tell that my hair are strong and look healthy. Also good as prenatal / postpartum supplements in my opinion.
