The best eyeliner ever!!! Especially to tight line. It glides over foiled shadow on the lid as a liner just remember to smudge it out and it stays forever. I have oily lids and this is fantastic!!

I ordered this black liner to use in my waterline as one Youtuber I respect and follow said it was the best. And it is! I have been using it every day since I got it with zero irritation and I really like how it adds subtle emphasis on my eyes. I purchased this eyeliner in the color, CEO. I love it! It is a very dark brown, which is exactly what I was hoping for. It is equipped with a tiny sharpener on other end, which is handy. I don’t find it smudges too much, but for whatever reason every single eyeliner smudges on my eyes. I use it on top lashes in the waterline and it does the job well! I love Milk products, so I would recommend this eyeliner.

I bought this with quite high expectations based on the cost! And it is great in comparison to other ‘waterproof’ eyeliners I’ve tried. I prefer it to my gel liners, which while being waterproof, flake off. My issue really is the cost and how quickly the edge dulls. It’s going to be used up fast, that’s for sure, and getting a good line is really hard. I certainly can’t get a flick, but for over the top lashes it’s ace, and stays put once dry/set. I’ll have to see how long it lasts before I buy it again I think.
