Not working at all

The effect of indywidual hair I can get only on my hand, I've tried every single way to draw on my eyebrows but without result I can get online big smudge that's all. I love Milk products and I've a quiet few but this product is poor in my opinion. 2 stars for the colour, I have Dutch and match my brow very well. I'm very disappointed :(
