I am with the camp that thinks this smells delicious; like a decadent dessert, and I have to resist the urge to taste it. I have not found that it 'pulls' my skin when used dry; I use natural not chemical-laden makeup, so perhaps this make a difference. I have used this as a cleanser and found that it is very effective. It leaves my skin baby soft, reduces red blotchiness and generally calms my skin. I have used it on its own and in conjunction with (sample) Youth Dew as well as Problem Solver and Clean Dirt. I have found these products do what they claim, and as they contain natural ingredients I am very pleased with the results. I do, however, agree they are extremely overpriced. I can foresee a re-purchase of this to use as a cleanser and mask.

I'm not a huge fan of the smell, I can't smell chocolate in this like one reviewer said. It seems to be quite a good face mask but is too expensive for me. Seems drying for my skin. Have given it to my 17 year old daughter to use. She loves it.

Honey Mud is a amazingly good cleanser as well as a masque. My skin is gloriously clean, soft and hydrated. Use it properly and your skin with thank you.

Terrible cleanser - removed the grand total of no makeup from my face, just smeared it around. It's a better face mask, by which I mean a mediocre at best face mask. But if you want a face mask, then buy an actual face mask, not this. Confused and disappointed as this is so expensive!

My favourite from the May Lindstrom line. First off, the smell. Just like baileys cream with orange! Yummy! As with anything this expensive and with ingredients this pure, I don't use this as a first cleanse. And neither will this foam, but it does emulsify. Instead it's a good cleanser come mask after all your makeup is off. I keep it on for 30-45 mins. Sometimes I start with Clean dirt to get a good scrub (and no, that one is not a cleanser either), and then apply this on top of that as a mask. Don't apply a thick layer. Would prefer using less and mask more often. Hooked and will repurchase.
