I am a fan of rosewater, I am always on the lookout for rosewater toners - and this is a gorgeous one. I tend towards dry skin tho, and I do feel it is leaving my skin a little tight when I use it alot. Currently I am going to use up what I have, and then see if my skin improves - then I'll know. 1 star reduced for that, but otherwise a great cost effective choice which is also vegan and cruelty free - my big deal breakers
