I couldn't really feel any effects. Best to stick with tablet form supplements. 

I simply can't live without these anymore. They don't completely let you avoid a hangover (I know because recently, on day two of a day two wedding, when choosing my first drink the thought of something spirit based was not appealing) but when I use them I can get up and go about my day as normal. Normally I feel sick and end up sleeping so late. The patches contain milk thistle (which supposedly helps to flush the body of an array of things) but I also take extra milk thistle tablets before going to bed and this seems to help quite a bit. When I don't have the patches and just take milk thistle tablets alone I'm still hungover the next day so I think it's mainly the patches that help - highly recommend them

These little patches have completely TRANSFORMED my day after the night before! Previously, my hangovers consisted of crying, regret, head down the toilet.. Now, slap one of the these bad boys on, after 20 minutes I'm back in action. I can't quite believe it, I'll always have a supply in my bedside draw. I've got all my friends and family onto them too.

I can't believe there are no reviews on this yet! I honestly get the worst hangovers, whether it's 2 glasses of wine or a full wild night out, the next day or two will be a write off, headaches, nausea vomiting etc. I work in pharma so trust me I have tried almost every "cure" out there, I was very skeptical about a patch to cure my hangover, but one weekend we had plans with friends 3 nights in a row, I was dreading it... and the accompanying hangover....so I took a chance and ordered these patches. Myself and my partner put them on about 20 mins before our first drink each night (we applied to the inside of our upper arm) and took them off the morning after.....each morning I cautiously got myself out of bed and waited for the hangover symptoms to hit me.....nothing....not even a minor headache....no nausea....no weakness, infact we both felt fantastic....slightly tired but that was due to only having 4 hours of sleep! I have since repurchased 3 times, brought them to nights out where I have given to friends and family who have also been surprised that they genuinely work! We will be stocking up on plenty more packs before our wedding. I really can't recommend these enough!
