Honestly not sure if these actually make me feel a bit better. Or it's just a placebo effect because I really want to believe that something this easy can make me feel better

Patch holds whole day on my shoulder even after sport and shower! I buy it 3rd time. I wish there would be more choice of different vitamins and minerals in form of patch.

I couldn't really feel any effects. Best to stick with tablet form supplements. 

I've waited to review to give these patches a fair chance. I've been using them almost every day for two months, and I have to be honest, I've not really noticed any difference.I love the idea, I'm just not feeling any difference in my energy levels which is the easiest of the advertised benefits to notice.The patches are a little tricky to get off the paper, but on the whole they stick well to my skin and don't come off until I take them off.Probably won't repurchase.

I am unsure as to the effectiveness of this product, as only used for a week. They are fiddley to get off the packaging, and can curl up if not put on perfectly.
