This is the best hydrating toner on the market! You only need a little to instantly hydrate your face. The hype is definitely deserved and I would recommend it to everyone.

(For reference: I have combo to skin) I’ve only used it a few times but so far I really like it. It’s very hydrating and nourishing. I wouldn’t say that it’s a ‘need’ though. It’s just nice to have. I would definitely recommend it to people who have dry sensitive skin though, since it’s very gentle and hydrating.
