These crystals are phenomenally soluble – absorbing the essential oils (in this case, arnica), and preserving its potent, anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties until released into a warm and steamy bath.

For a full bath, fill the cap 3/4 full with bath crystals, add them to warm bath water (approx. 97-100°F / 36-38°C) and dissolve them completely. For optimal enjoyment, soak for 15-20 minutes.
