This is perfect for protein greedy hair. It offers the perfect balance of protein and conditioning. 

This along with a hair bath from Innersense are my go to for Summer Hair. Helps your locks when you need just a bit more protein for your hair along some moisture. Smell very traquil and great for using a minute or 2 to unwind. My scalp loves this and my curls more. Curls naturally spring up and no wet frizz from over conditioned hair is left. At it does not say on the bottle less is more. If in doubt add more water first and if then need more add it.

My hair is curly and coloured blondie, so it needs to be hydrated, I’ve used this one  before and my hair loved it but I stopped buying it because I thought it was a bit pricey, however as my hair is really dry, I tried cheaper brands (nothing against cheap brands, most of my hair products are from cheap brands) by this one my hair just loves it. I saw this brand was in sale so I bought it again and I can really see the difference comparing with the cheaper brands I use, I only need 2 bumps for my medium length hair and it works amazing! My hair doesn’t look dry, Innersense is a wonderful brand for curly hair, I use also their shampoo for coloured hair once per week, I highly recommend it especially if your hair is curly! 

You only need a very small amount of this super-strength conditioner to have beautifully hydrated with great curl definition. I have coloured medium length thick curly hair.
