This is a good eye gel, visibly reduces puffiness and dullness around the eye. Wouldn't say it has a cooling feeling, but it works nicely and is lightweight. However, it doesn't go under makeup in my experience. It crumbles under colour corrector or concealer and leaves grainy residue - not cute! So I use it in the evening as a night eye cream.
