This is my favourite heat protect spray. Ok price, leaves hair smooth and shiny.

I honestly don’t know if it works, it just smells very good and Because I’m using a GHD flatiron I feel like it should work great together, but i think every heat protection works towards the same goal of protecting the hair 

Not bad, but not fab either, just like any other heat spray I’ve used. Does smell very nice though!

Not only does it smell amazing it seems to work really really well! I have tried a few different heat defence sprays and most leave the hair feeling heavy or feel like there is a residue sitting on the hair , The GHB spray doesn’t make my hair feel like that. Although there is a lovely smell it’s not overwhelming (which is great as I am sensitive to strong smells as they can trigger my migraines) . Would definitely recommend mend.
