Best brightening toner for sensitive skin

I have used this toner everyday for the past year and it has not irritated my skin even once. It is packed full of good brightening ingredients for a gentle exfoliation of the skin. I love the Emma Hardie brand as it is luxury skincare but at a reasonable price. Would repurchase again. Best for beginners in chemical exfoliation.
