I've been using this mask for 6months now and i can say i will be using for the rest of my life. After this period of time, using the red and blue light daily, except 1week of holiday, i can see imptrovements on my acnee, i had less redness, it plumps my skin, acnee scars fades quickly. Best investment in my skincare.

I have been using this for about a year now, some days (most days) I do both red and blue light, not sure if I was missing this face mask as I forgot to bring this with me on holiday once, but I did feel/see the difference. This is definitely something you have to be patient with, as it is not 'instant' like other devices you see on the market. I have found my skin much more smooth in terms of texture and brightness, I have also found my skin is much more even and has less redness, and a small improvement in terms of plumpness of my skin. Above all though, I understand that in terms of long-term effects this is definitely something I can see using for the rest of my life.
