I have heard so many good things about it and my friends are also raving about this shampoo. I don't have the same experience, unfortunately.  It does cleanse my hair but I wouldn't say it does a better job than any other cleansing shampoos. Also, it makes my hair a hot mess. Always dries and tangles really badly :( I would love to love it but I just can't..

I'm surprised! This shampoo is delicate yet effettive and my hair seems better than bifore. I have wavy and frizzy hair and it works on me.
