These patches help to take the edge off my menstrual pain, with the mild heat they release. They are discreet and ideal for using when it's not possible to stay home and snuggle up with a hot water bottle. I've experienced no irritation on my sensitive skin and have already repurchased.

I bought this as a gift to my sister as I no longer experience menstruation due to a hysterectomy, but my sister said these are some of the best heat patches catered for menstrual pain! They really work by providing just the right temperature and can be used in multiple areas (such as lower back, stomach, pelvic area, etc.). Even though these are so amazing, the only downfall of these is that they are one time use. Would be 5/5 and beyond spectacular and innovative if DeoDoc designed reusable heat patches. It will also feel less guilty for throwing them away after only one use. Apart from that, these are life savers and dull even the worst of cramps!

I feel like these patches only work for an hour or so. The heat is not strong enough to soothe the pain, but I do have severe cramps so maybe if your cramps are mild this could work.

I like these heating patches. However, I would recommend using it in the winter months rather than in summer as its heating effect was a bit off putting in July!
