There are many masks with many light colours and stuff but I did my research and realised all I needed to use was red+infrared so why pay more for lights I don’t need or less for more lights with dodgy brands? You need to be consistent since these in-house devices are not as potent as in office treatments it using my sister’s I started seeing results in 6 to 8 weeks, so I got my own to do maintenance 

I really enjoy it so far. Have my own little routine in the morning. Using only for a month now so can’t judge the effects but I see a difference already. Would repurchase. 

I just received my LED mask and have been so excited to try it out. I’ve used it twice now and both times have been so painful. The first time I tried sitting up using the head straps and they dug into my face and left marks around my eyes and nose bridge. The second time I used it laying down and even then the eye “googles” portion left marks on the bridge of my nose. I really want to like this since it was so expensive but so far it’s hurt so much each time.
