It is very effective and does what it claims buttttt it has a grainy texture that's not super comfortable on the skin and is quite hard to apply. I think there are better super potent vitamin C products out there.

I agree with previous reviews that this was an expensive mistake. I too have tried and tolerated strong retinol and vitamin c but not this! I tried to buffer it with a serum first so as not to waste it which is not recommended. The packaging is really poor as the pump stopped working after a month and I had to unscrew the lid which will make the vitamin C less potent.

I have really stubborn hyperpigmentation and this product is really effective. It’s very expensive so I save this for when my pigmentation is getting worse and use it until it settles before returning to a cheaper vitamin C serum for maintenance. If you have long-standing pigmentation you won’t see results overnight. What I notice the most is when it’s getting worse over the summer and it quickly restores recent pigmentation. My only criticism of the product is that it is too thick for the pump which gets blocked so I often have to abandon the pump and unscrew the lid to get product out which compromises the stability of the vitamin C. I’m sure I have heard Caroline Hirons talking about this too so they definitely need to rethink the delivery system of this product.

CULT PRODUCT! I love this vitamin C serum because it’s not irritating. The texture is a bit sandy, like a light scrub however, it’s used at nighttime so shouldn’t be a problem for makeup application! Great product and results. I like writing a review about products that I’ll keep ordering or I’ll never order! This one I’ll keep ordering.

It’s a rich and powerful product. I’m in my 50s so I wondered if it might be too late to make a difference but it does deliver. No miracles but definitely an improvement in the elasticity of the skin on my neck. Will be a staple in my daily routine.
