Disappointed
2I had very high expectations for this shadow and ordered two shades. Unfortunately, they are nothing special. I didn't see a suede-effect at all. The texture is very dry and crumbles on my lid. I need to use a fan brush to "clean" around my eyes when applying this shadow. In fact all other eyeshadows I have tried seems to be of better quality.

Beautiful one and done
4As with all Chantecaille products, you pay for the name/brand. That doesn't mean that this is not worth getting. I love one and done eyeshadows and this shade really called my name. It's not a Pat McGrath-kind of in-your-face metallic shadow, but has a beautiful shimmery, subtle effect. You can build it up too. A little too pricey, so four stars.

5I purchased Olivia twice now. This is my go to every day one-and-done eyeshadow. Super creamy and doesn't crease on hooded eyes.

Shade: seashell
5This eyeshadow is so easy to use; on its own or over other eyeshadows. It feels smooth and is easy to use, either with your finger or a brush. Once applied, it stays in place. I have the colour ‘Seashell’ which is a nice pop of colour on the eyelid, not glittery at all. I have been using this nearly every day and there is still so much left. That’s the only negative: since I use it on my eyes, I will order a fresh pot and won’t be able to finish it.

5It is a beautiful eyeshadow, easy to apply and blend and has great staying power even on my hooded, slightly oily lids. And doesn't irritate my sensitive eyes in the slightest. Can't wait to get my hands on some more colours!
