I have combination oily skin that is acne prone and can be quite sensitive. I love neutral toners that can be used before more active treatments so I was looking forward for receiving this toner. It works quite well with acids and vitamin C. I’m not sure about it’s hydrating qualities but my skin feels nice after using it, calming it a bit if necessary.
