Helps product penetrate
I use this at night, both before and after applying Bioeffect EGF serum, and I really notice a difference from when I use just the serum alone. My skin feels noticably plumper and more moist the next day if I use the GloPro. I also think rolling both after and before application works better than applying only before application. I don't use it consistently enough to say if there is a long-term effect, but there is definitely a short-term hydration effect.
