I use this like one or two times a month for some extra hydration, or whenever I feel like my hair wants some extra love (like after swimming pool) or if it needs some help detangling. But I prefer the scent of the aveda rosemary mint weightless conditioner, which I use the rest of the time. I have thick fine long straight hair.
