I'm too lazy and pressed for time to apply conditioner while in the shower, so I love this product. Works super well and smells amazing, you run it through your hair after washing it and no need to rinse or anything. Fantastic

I honestly didn't see much benefit that this brought to me. I didn't feel as if it helped my hair in any way and not good for people with frizzy hair. I wasted my money. look at a different brand for a good hair repair that can deal with frizz.
