It’s a good conditioner especially if you have damaged hair but the strong fragrance in it is a little irritating to my sensitive scalp. It does help with detangling tangled hair in the shower.

I like Aveda products. This is a moisturizing but not heavy conditioner. I don’t think it has any repairing properties. 

I have 2c/3a hair that tends towards dryness. This absorbs quickly and doesn’t weigh my curls down.

This product is perfect for my mixed skin. It exfoliates without drying out due to its hydrating ingredients and I love the way it feels a little bit jelly. I feel like it makes my skin look smooth, hydrated and mostly much more calm when using this every day. I would def recommend to anyone with mixed/oily skin.
