One of my night time favourites. I drop some of this on my arms and disperse this to the other. Makes me feel relaxed and helps me to unwind in bed before a good sleep. Because of menopause I find it hard to sleep with all the worries of the day otherwise. 

I used it for my anxious pre-teenager who started to have problems falling asleep a few months ago. It used to take him 2 hours to fall asleep and in the morning he was grumpy and unrested. This blend did the trick and now he falls asleep in 20-30 min, sleeps for at least 9 hours a night and is in good mood and well rested in the morning. Definitely will order again.
