It's good and it gives some better feeling after taking it for a month but nothing spectacular. I might give it a chance for the few more months and re- review it again

Being in a, self-prescribed, peri-menopausal state with my doctor refusing to acknowledge this is the case because of my age (45years) I was desperately looking for some alternative help, to to try and help relieve my symptoms. After just a few days of taking these supplements, my hot flushes and night sweats have all but vanished. I am sleeping better than I have in months. Will be buying in bulk!

There were only 3 reviews on this when I purchased but was desperate for anything to stop the hot flushes. These work. I would say in little over a week I had noticed an Improvement, couple of weeks in and genuinely had a whole day and night yesterday without a single flush! Hoping it continues! I do still have my patch on but on their own they were doing little. Once settled be interesting to see what happens if I stop the patches and just carry on with these. Thankyou so much for needed relief.

I'm close to finishing off my second jar of this product & am ordering more. Although the price is a little steep the results & RELIEF have been absolutely worth every penny. Better sleep, more stable moods, no hot flushes & calm skin began 2 or 3 days into starting my daily dose. If you're beginning your menopause journey or in the thick of it I cannot recommend this product enough.
