I have been using the product for almost a month now and still very happy with it and will probably buy again when it's empty. For me it works great when I start to see a pimple or a little breakout. I put it on at night before my other skincare and my skin is all clear in the morning. As instructed I only use it max. every other night. I do have sensitive skin but so far it doesn't seem to irritate at all. However I never use it when my skin feels irritated just in case. The bottle is also really great, product doesn't spill when using or travelling. I'm 27 with fair sensitive combined skin.

It is an efficient 0.5 retinol - I was very enthusiastic before trying it, even though I didn't know about this company until then. The minus 1 star for me is that it’s too harsh on my dry (pore congested) skin. My mother used it too and felt the same, even though her skin is more… sturdy? :)) Immediately after applying it on clean skin, it feels stingy and apparent that it’s somewhat drying. After 2-3 minutes, I apply a moisturising cream suiting for me and all discomfort disappears within minutes. Other than that, I never experienced redness, itchiness, irritation, flaking or peeling from the Alpha H retinol serum. But I always layer a heavy duty moisturiser on top of it. And the effect is potent for me – smooth clear bright skin, toned and with improved elasticity. Now that I’ve used it more, I also mix it with other gentler retinols and works great (can't name the brands cus the review didn't get posted when I did..). It’s definitely a good product, but not IT for my dry skin. Still not sure if I’ll repurchase it

The product does what it promises. love this one. Will repurchase several times. Probably works well on sensitive skin

This regenerating serum does a great job at resurfacing the skin and really helps to keep my dry patches as minimised as possible. It's a really mild treatment and doesn't make my sensitive skin sting or red, but it's effective and makes my skin feel as if I've had microdermabrasion or something.
