This balm is a beautiful product to use, and a little goes a long way. The blended oils produce a very relaxing fragrance, predominantly lavender, but the mix is different to others I've tried, I find it works both at night and also within meditation. You can use it on the temples or wrists it keeps 18months once opened which is exceptional for a natural product and handy as you only need a small amount.
