I bought this because I’m having issues with hormone imbalance and trouble sleeping. Since using this, for the first time in years I can sleep through the night. And I’ve even been able to sleep till 10 am. I generally feel better.  The only downside is the charts you get. They’re good, but they aren’t clear enough to know where exactly you stick the dots, so I did some extra research.
