Like all hair growth supplements they should be taken at least 3 consecutive months to see the proper effect. I have only used up 1 tub for 1 month. Capsules are quite big, but don't cause problems swallowing. No weird smell or aftertaste. Hair does seem a bit fuller, but who's to say it's just from the supplement.

If you are looking for pricy supplements, with ridiculous packaging. These are for you. The ingredients are great, don’t get me wrong. But the pills are huge, taste horrible and overpriced 

I bought them as an aid against hair loss, there are only 30 capsules and I don't know if you can see results with a bottle. For now I am satisfied. It also comes with a gift and this makes the purchase more complete.
