If you want to get rid of the stubborn sebaceous filaments, this is the best product to use. It helped me get rid of sebum around the nose and chin area in just a few weeks of regular spot treatment. Have already repurchased the product, it is that good! I have combination, sensitive skin, and this hasn't caused any issues so far.
