I got this during a sale. The vitamin B options in my local stores have all these additions which make me break out horribly... And the ones without that mysterious ingredient are super expensive... This one doesn't make me break out! And the capsules are smaller, which is a total unexpected plus :)

These are good and easy to take but the new packaging is worse as it's kind of harder to open such small things. Just not comfortable.

I’ve been taking these for a few weeks now and can really tell an improvement in my energy. I’ll be interested to see with my next check up in a few months if my levels have gotten better!
