I wasn't expecting for this supplement to make any (real) difference, or be as helpful as it is. But now I order the Nootro Focus anytime it is in stock (plus, the refill option is so awesome!).
I have ADHD, and it definitely helps in terms of concentration. Don't expect it to magically turn you into super brain--it's not extreme. The difference is subtle, but there. Again, it's helpful enough that I keep on buying it!
